We are developing anti-racism scholarship to continue truth-telling for the elucidation of structural inequities to
identify mechanisms for disruption and repair.
We are also partnering with the Washington State Department of Health (WA DOH) and Public Health Seattle-King County (PHSKC) to describe and develop best practices for large institutions to center voice and authentically partner with communities directly impacted by structural racism and discrimination. We recognize the need for tangible results that are community-driven. We are working with the community-based organizations convened by the Community Driven Outreach (CDO) Program, the Community Collaborative, and the Pandemic and Racism Community Advisory Group (PARCAG) as well as community health workers and promotoras (CHW/Ps) to develop the following resources for fostering community-led solutions and institutional anti-racist transformation.
Our research and evaluation work is rooted in anti-racism principles and guided by community priorities. We strive to generate knowledge that challenges systems of oppression, uplifts marginalized voices, and informs transformative action. Whether through community-led solutions, institutional change efforts, or publications and resources, we are committed to producing work that drives equity, accountability, and meaningful social impact.
